What is (GRC) ?
PREKKA – GRC (Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete) is a perfect product with very high resistance to water permeability, cracking, tension, pressure, twisting and impact compared to concrete without having to add any iron or steel fittings into the concrete thanks to the special chemicals and alkali resistant glass fibers it contains. It does not require steel or 11011 fittings as in regular concrete.
This mixture is filled in a variety of previously prepared moulds according to the form to be produced by premix or by special alt spraying machines.
With this system, it is possible to produce all imaginable surface textures and forms with moulds made of wood, polyester, steel, rubber-silicon.
The façade panels coming out of the moulds in the form of 1 -1 .5 cm thick crust become very rigid with the help of reinforcing steel frames. The reinforcing frame details are fastened to the PREKKA (GRC) with flex anchorage welding elements al selected crossections matching the dimensions of the PREKKA (GRC) elements. All the steel construction frame galvanized.
PREKKA (GRC) is lighter and more resistant to earthquake than the conventional wall systems and can be applied very fast.
